We ship artworks Australia wide. If you are located in a remote or restricted region, please contact us at our email to confirm whether we can deliver to your area.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are included in the price of the painting. No additional shipping cost will be added to the cart once the painting is in the cart ready for payment.
4. Packaging and Handling
Each artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging methods vary depending on the size and medium of the artwork:

Framed Artworks: Shipped in protective boxes with padding.

Unframed/Canvas Artworks: Rolled and shipped in protective tubes.
5. Shipping Timeframes
We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Please note that custom or commissioned artworks may require additional time for creation before shipping. Estimated creation and shipping times will be provided during the ordering process.

Artworks are final sale items, but we do allow returns under certain circumstances. Please read the conditions below carefully:

Custom/Commissioned Artworks: These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defect upon arrival.
Note: Minor colour variations between what you see on the screen and the actual artwork may occur due to screen differences. These are not considered valid reasons for return.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
